Products and descriptions
We sell physical fine art prints made to order, available unframed or with a Black Oak frame. The product page identifies the selected size, materials and inclusions. Listed sizes refer to paper dimensions, including the printed border; for framed options, the finished outer frame is larger. The border is printed as part of the artwork, not a separate mat board. Room styling images illustrate a setting; furniture and decorative objects are not included.
Screen settings can cause small differences in colour. Intentional grain and texture are part of the artwork. These details do not remove your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the page. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Review the size, quantity, delivery address and full total before placing an order. Your payment provider may apply its own currency or international transaction charges.
Orders
We may contact you if information is missing or if there is a stock, pricing or production problem. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items and their applicable shipping charges. We will not substitute a different artwork or size without your agreement.
Production, shipping and cancellations
Production begins after an order is released to our production partner. Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation; it may no longer be possible once production starts. Estimated delivery times and shipping charges are explained in our Shipping policy.
Returns and order problems
Our Return and refund policy explains how to report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items and how refunds are handled. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Artwork and website use
Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical item. It does not grant a licence to reproduce, distribute or commercially use our artwork, branding or website content. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation.

Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order.
