Shipping & Care

A considered piece for your space, made when you order.

Your artwork

Choose a physical fine art print in 8 × 10, 11 × 14, 12 × 16 or 16 × 20 inches, either unframed or with a Black Oak frame. Each artwork is printed on 230 gsm archival matte paper. The listed dimensions are the paper size, including the printed border; framed outer dimensions are larger. There is no digital download.

Shipping and delivery

Standard shipping is free to the contiguous United States. Availability and rates for other destinations are shown at checkout. Each piece is made to order by Artelo. Production and transit times vary by size, finish, destination and carrier, so we do not promise a fixed arrival date. See our Shipping policy for delivery, tracking and destination details.

Looking after your print

Handle unframed prints with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the printed surface. Frame your print for display and keep all artwork indoors, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Dust frames gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Do not spray cleaners directly onto the artwork or frame.
